Javin Cripps is an assistant district attorney in the 15th judicial district, serving as the drug prosecutor for Wilson County. A resident of Smith County for his entire life, he brings experience in both civil and criminal cases to his eighteen-year career. He has practiced law in all counties of the 15th judicial district, focusing on Wilson County for the past four years. In 2022, he began as the Drug Court representative for the DA’s Office seeking out incarcerated candidates for our local drug court. He has seen firsthand what drugs can do to a community and a family. Outside the office, Javin enjoys spending time with his wife, Melanie, and three daughters and tending to cattle on his family farm.
